Personal Information We Collect

Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Shipping times do NOT include order processing times. If there are delays on your order for any reason, you will be contacted, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We can not control the speed at which carriers deliver parcels and can only give a rough estimate based off their shipping times. We use FedEx, DHL Intl., Purolator, GLS, Loomis and Nationex to ship our products.
Manufacturing Site Pick-up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our manufacturing site in St. Catharines, Ontario. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared, and you will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up.
We offer international shipping to all of mainland USA.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated AT TIME OF ORDER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. International delivery timelines can vary between 8 to 20 days (this does not include order processing time) and expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jaide Products Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Jaide Products Inc. does NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
Damages during shipping
Jaide Products Inc. will not be held responsible for any damages to your parcel once it has left our hands, however we will try to do our very best to make it right. Three Year Warranty
Manufactured and tested in Canada to the highest standards by Jaide Products Inc. the Roturner ’Sit to Stand’ Transfer Aid’s warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. During the Warranty period Jaide Products Inc. will replace or repair, at no cost, any part of the Roturner which proves to be defective due to manufacture defects or poor workmanship. If Jaide Products Inc. is unable to provide a replacement part or undertake a suitable repair or if such repair is impracticable or cannot be made in a timely fashion, Jaide Products Inc. reserves the right to replace the whole unit.
This Warranty does not cover:
Wear and tear, improper usage, misuse or abuse, negligence, accident or alteration.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days of approval.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: JAIDE PRODUCTS INC., 32 Seapark Drive, St Catharines, ON L2M 6S6 when instructed to do so.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
